Job Description:
The Tax Lawyer will generally be in charge of overall tax concerns, planning, issues, audits, and litigation for the company and its affiliates, including the preparation and filing of tax documents.
The post holder will ensure the compliance with BIR, SEC, BOC, LGU, and other regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- With at least three (3) yrs. of experience as a Tax Lawyer coming from an auditing company or manufacturing firm
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge in Taxation
- Willing to work in Binan, Laguna
