Job Description:
Main Purpose
- Provides general first aid to employees when required, assess employee health risks and promote employee health.
Working Schedule: 6 days a week | Shifting Schedule (8-12 hours)
Working Setup: Work Onsite
Reason for Hiring: Replacement
Duties and responsibilities
- Assess employees health needs and provide appropriate medical treatment
- Oversee and track patients condition and document their recovery and progress
- Assist in providing first aid treatments in medical emergencies especially during Pandemic
- Adhere to all relevant medical care, health and safety rules and regulations
- Prepare the medical referral and coordinate it to the applicants for the instruction
- Monitor the medical status of the applicants
- Assist the company doctor regarding the retrieval of employees' medical documents, medical results for doctor's evaluation, and such.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Must be a registered nurse and with an updated PRC card
- With at least 1 year of experience similar to the role; experience in manufacturing is preferred
- With training and/or background in Standard First Aid, Basic Life Support, and Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH)
- Can start as soon as possible
- Can stand long hours of work even holidays, or on-call when the need arises
- Amenable to work onsite in Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
