Assistant Digital Manager

As the Assistant Digital Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the digital strategy and initiatives of the company. Working closely with the Trade Marketing and E-commerce Manager, you will help drive online engagement, enhance brand visibility, and optimize digital platforms for maximum impact. Collaborate with the Digital Manager to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Manage and maintain company websites, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
Oversee social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement monitoring.
Assist in the creation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Monitor digital analytics and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
Proven at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, at least 2 years in supervisory role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, graphic design, email marketing, and analytics.
Proficiency in website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), content management systems and graphics design.
Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
