Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits of various departments and processes, including financial, operational, and compliance areas.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify potential risks and inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement audit plans and procedures aligned with best practices and industry standards.
- Analyze and interpret audit findings, drawing insightful conclusions and recommendations for improvement.
- Present audit results and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner, fostering constructive dialogue.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement corrective action plans and track progress.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed audit documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related course, preferably Accountancy or Internal Auditing, Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Internal Auditor or in a Process Compliance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with colleagues at all levels.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
