- Act as the team leader among production supervisors responsible for coordinating all activities in the Production whether these are process, equipment, people and other related resources.
- Responsible for the overall supervision of the production line, ensuring an effective and
- efficient utilization of all resources and achievement of best quality product along every step of the process.
Qualifications:
- Should be a Bachelor of Science graduate in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Should have received internal or external training regarding GMP, 5S, SSOP, ISO, HACCP
- principles
- Should have a basic knowledge about production management such as planning,
- organizing, communicating and directing.
- Preferably with formal training on Baking Science and Technology course.
