As a Vacation Planning Specialist, you will work directly with clients to research, coordinate, and book travel arrangements, including cruises, resorts, hotels, flights, destination weddings, family vacations, and group travel.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with planning customized vacation experiences
  • Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and travel packages
  • Book and manage travel reservations, including cruises, flights, hotels, and excursions
  • Provide exceptional customer support throughout the travel planning process
  • Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
  • Maintain accurate client and booking records
  • Build long-term relationships through outstanding service
