About the job HR Generalist

Human Resources Manager:

  • Manage payroll for both hourly and salaried employees on a bi-weekly basis
  • Conduct benefit enrollment annually with ADP and employees
  • Maintain current employee data and files:

Personnel files, PAFs, PTO records, and other privileged information in accordance with State laws, and update ADP records when necessary

  • Assist Talent Acquisition Director as needed
  • Onboard/offboard Employees and Contractors
  • Work with Sr Management and Employment attorney on retainer to maintain current Employment Handbook and communicate revisions to employees as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of current city, state and federal employment laws and stay abreast of changes by reading attorney newsletters and other sources such as ADP and SHRM, communicate pertinent changes to Sr Management
  • Maintain Personnel calendar: WFO/WFH/Client Visit/PTO
  • Maintain current organization chart showing direct reporting lines
  • Oversee COVID-19 protocols and vaccination status of all employees and visitors as needed
  • Assist with managers on writing and delivering performance coaching
  • Responsible for full-cycle Internship Program
  • Schedule and conduct all employee reviews (comp, self eval, annual)
  • Assist with training and development programs
  • Coordinate annual harassment training and any other govt mandated training
  • Run All Staff Meetings and monthly employee recognition program 

IT Partner Liaison:

• IT Security Training Selection & Schedule Education and

Experience Required:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 3 + years’ experience in Human Resources

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail oriented and results driven
  • Ability to prioritize while simultaneously working on numerous projects
  • Meet critical deadlines
  • Communicate management’s position and deliver constructive feedback effectively
