Rapidly growing marketing communications agency of lovely, sound-minded individuals seeks a pro-active and detail-oriented candidate with extremely strong organizational skills to support the President. The ideal candidate can efficiently and seamlessly maintain both the Presidents administrative and personal day-to-day tasks. A creative problem-solver with the ability to produce buttoned-up work on tight deadlines is essential. This role reports directly to the President.


50% Administrative

Working directly with the President on billing, including paying invoices, running payroll and logging receipts

Maintaining confidential and high-level documents, including contracts and payment information

Serving as a point-of-contact for various vendors

Assisting in all aspects of agency infrastructure such as staffing needs and documentation

Updating and maintaining all agency files and contact cards

Attending occasional in-person meetings

50% Personal

Booking dinner reservations and appointments

Handling travel needs including logistics, check in and cancellations

Paying invoices including rent, insurance and other miscellaneous fees

Maintaining confidential and sensitive information

Routinely performing a wide variety of support duties


Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Executive Assistant

The ideal candidate is polished and on the ground in NYC

Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field preferred

Strong team player who works well in a highly integrated team model

Outstanding communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and a dynamic social presence

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a solutions-oriented mindset

An aptitude for tools and the ability to quickly pick up on new technology

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Background in beauty, wellness, healthcare a plus
