About the job Account Executive
Seeking a passionate, trusted, dedicated team player to partner with PR agency team. This role will present a unique opportunity to learn and grow while helping to steward client work. Clients would be med tech, women's health, non-profit.
o Support two-three accounts. Ability to work across B2B and B2C clients.
o Write plans, press releases, pitches, case studies and other content where needed on behalf of clients.
o Mange news bureaus and pitch global, national, regional and trade journalists across print, broadcast and online, to secure press coverage for clients stories.
o Secure speaking engagements and generate thought leadership ideas or clients.
o Monitor media coverage and report results to the wider team and clients.
o Where needed, handle clients social media accounts such as their Twitter, Facebook, or LinkedIn pages.
o Deliver analytics reports on social media, reporting on traffic, engagement and follower figures.
o Brainstorm fresh ideas for PR campaigns.
o Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in communications, journalism, public relations, or marketing.
o Team player who collaborates well with others.
o Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
o English language fluency. Strong communications skills, writing, copywriting and editing skills.
o Great relationship-building skills.
o Effective listening, problem-solving and counseling skills.
o Ability to meet tight deadlines from your team and your clients. Also, you will need to work quickly and efficiently, without compromising on quality.
o Ability to work autonomously and act independently.
o Digital expert familiar with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication.
