Division: Financial (Asset Management/Private Equity/Fintech/Crypto)
The core responsibilities of the Senior Vice
President are to maintain excellent
client service, manage new business within the agency
and oversee staff
members on the team, while promoting the agency’s
image.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee operational performance of divisions
accounts, ensuring quality work,
deadline and budget adherence
• Responsible for client media strategies and
communications plans and goals
• Lead multiple client programs
simultaneously
• Directly supervise all division accounts as
needed
• Address client issues thoughtfully and
effectively
• Presence at all necessary client meetings
• Maintain senior-level relationships with
clients and agency influencers across
industries
• Provide strategic counsel, guidance and
leadership to staff, supervising several
staff members
• Ensure the team’s success by managing work
quality and productivity levels.
• Evaluating and coaching staff members, as well
as conducting their reviews
• Play a key role in new business, working in
partnership with the CEO and
President/COO on proposals and presentations for
the department
Qualifications:
• 12-15 years of relevant experience in the
Public Relations industry or private equity publication
• BA/BS in Public Relations or similar
field
• Agency and related financial experience
is required
• Must be an experienced leader with the ability
to effectively manage a large team
• Abundant experience interfacing with senior
level clients
• Excellent written communication and presentation
skills
