About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join one of our clients high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities particularly within auditing and accounting firms. This is a proactive outbound role, ideal for someone who thrives in cold calling, networking, and opening doors with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research target firms in the audit and accounting space to build a strong sales pipeline.

Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to generate interest and schedule discovery meetings.

Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales or client relationship managers.

Understand client needs and challenges in order to clearly articulate our value proposition.

Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth handoff and client onboarding.

Track and manage leads and activities in the CRM system.

Provide regular reporting on pipeline status and outreach performance.

Attend virtual or in-person industry events and networking opportunities to expand reach.
Requirements:

Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation or business development ideally within professional services, SaaS, recruitment, or BPO/offshoring.

Experience engaging C-level or senior stakeholders at audit/accounting firms is highly advantageous.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Driven, self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
