Engagement Manager - Audit, Accounting & Tax

As an Engagement Manager, youll lead client relationships, oversee technical delivery, and coach high-potential professionals (our Goldies and Goldlings) toward excellence. Youll play a key part in ensuring high-quality outcomes, improving our service model, and shaping future leaders through hands-on support and strategic oversight.

What you'll do:

• Lead the delivery of audit, accounting, and tax services for UK and US clients
• Manage and develop a team of qualified and trainee professionals
• Conduct performance check-ins, support onboarding, and run development conversations
• Escalate issues where needed and share insights that drive improvement
• Actively contribute to service innovation and client retention

What you'll bring:

• CA(SA) qualification
• 3 to 6 years post-articles experience in audit, accounting, or tax
• Exposure to UK or US audit or tax standards
• Experience leading client conversations and managing team performance

• A mindset for coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement
