Job Summary: Virtual Personal Assistant
Location: Remote (South Africa-based preferred)

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Personal Assistant to support a busy professional with day-to-day operational and administrative responsibilities. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a working knowledge of basic finance processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage bookings and appointments via email and telephone

Coordinate and place material orders as required for various projects

Issue sales invoices and support basic financial administration

Provide general PA and organisational support

Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders in a professional manner

Maintain task lists, reminders, and ensure all follow-ups are completed efficiently
Preferred Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in Xero and basic bookkeeping

Solid understanding of general business operations and financial workflows

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality

Prior experience in a remote support or PA role preferred
