Job Summary: Virtual Personal Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Personal Assistant to support a busy professional with day-to-day operational and administrative responsibilities. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a working knowledge of basic finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookings and appointments via email and telephone

  • Coordinate and place material orders as required for various projects

  • Issue sales invoices and support basic financial administration

  • Provide general PA and organisational support

  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders in a professional manner

  • Maintain task lists, reminders, and ensure all follow-ups are completed efficiently

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Xero and basic bookkeeping

  • Solid understanding of general business operations and financial workflows

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities

  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality

  • Prior experience in a remote support or PA role preferred
