About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Audit Senior with strong technical foundations and a passion for client service. This role will see you working on complex international audit engagements, with a focus on pension schemes and employee benefit funds. Youll act as a key point of contact for clients, manage fieldwork, coach junior staff, and deliver high-quality audit outputs that align to global standards.

What Youll Do

• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, producing work for manager or partner review.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, anticipating needs and delivering clear solutions.
• Identify risks, highlight issues, and propose improvements to client business processes.
• Support and coach junior team members, providing on-the-job training and feedback.
• Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Contribute to business development by spotting opportunities to add value.
• Participate in firmwide initiatives and collaborate with teams across locations.

What Were Looking For

• ACA/ACCA/CA(SA) qualification (essential).
• Significant auditing and accounting experience, ideally with exposure to UK GAAP.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage the full audit process, with sound judgement and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
• A collaborative mindset and proven ability to coach junior team members.
• High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to client service.
