Senior Auditor (Contract) GCO Partners

Contract Role | Short-Term with Possibility of Extension | Starting January 2026

Our clients are industry leaders across Manufacturing, Construction, Energy, Logistics, General, and Commercial Transport, and were looking for a Senior Auditor to deliver high-quality audit services on a short-term basis, with the potential for extension.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and manage audit engagements end-to-end.

  • Take full ownership of audit files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Perform risk assessments and flag potential issues.

  • Prepare and review financial statements and supporting documentation.

  • Engage confidently with clients and collaborate with team members.

  • Use Caseware and CCH to deliver audits efficiently.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members.

  • Become an integral part of the GCO and client teams, ensuring audit quality, efficiency, and delivery excellence.

What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years post-articles external audit experience, ideally in the industries listed above.

  • Proven international audit exposure with US clients and a full understanding of US GAAP and auditing standards.

  • Solid understanding of audit principles and international standards.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.

  • Proficiency in Caseware and CCH.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
