The Opportunity

• Location: Johannesburg (Hybrid office & remote)

• Client Base: Leading firms in the US and UK

• Contract Period: Short-term secondments with potential to extend

What Youll Do

• Execute audit procedures from planning through completion under the guidance of audit seniors and supervisors.
• Assist in preparing draft accounts and ensuring disclosures meet required standards.
• Act as a client contact during fieldwork, managing queries and building strong relationships.
• Identify weaknesses in systems and controls, suggesting practical improvements.
• Collaborate with audit seniors on adjustments and ensure audit issues are resolved.
• Take ownership of review points and support the finalisation of audit reports.

What We're Looking For

• Part-qualified and with at least 1 year of post-article experience in external audits under International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Articles completed or close to sign-off (December 2025 - January 2026)
• Strong accounting and auditing knowledge, with awareness of when to seek support.

• Proactive, motivated, and collaborative team player.
