RCM Specialist (Ophthalmology Focus): Insurance eligibility, pre-authorizations, claims follow-up the backbone of the pod.

Medical Coding Associate (Ophthalmology): Review AI-suggested CPT/ICD codes, apply modifiers, ensure payer compliance cataract, retina, glaucoma expertise essential.

Claims & Denial Management Analyst: Handle rejections, appeals, and payer negotiations to minimize revenue leakage.

Patient Financial Services Coordinator: Manage patient billing, payment plans, and escalated inquiries with a balance of service and collections.

Pod Lead RCM Account Manager: Primary client contact, driving reporting, KPIs, and smooth practice integration.

Compliance & Audit Associate: Ensure adherence in high-regulatory environments.

Financial Performance Analyst: Leverage AI tools to deliver actionable insights and dashboards.
