Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Member of Technical Staff role located in San Francisco. We are currently recruiting for one of our AI-Based Startup Clients. Were looking to hire exceptional Member of Tech Staff/Full Stack Generalist who care about crafting intuitive product experiences, relentlessly focus on the details, and operate with high agency.

Must-to-haves:

• 3 + years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience working in early stage startup.
• Experience building complex React & Python apps.
• Ability to architect robust, maintainable codebases.
• Ability to ship fast and balance quality vs. speed effectively.
• Have complete ownership over the work done as a founding team member.
• Strong communication is essential

Nice-to-haves:

• Former founder/CTO
• Experience with LLMs is a plus
• IOI/ICPC/other competitive programming
• Has built impressive AI side projects

Salary Range:

$150k-$230k

Equity

0.3%-1.5%
