Job Description

• GCS (Microsoft Midmarket Solution provider, Managed service provider) is looking for a self-driven Sr.Cloud Engineer to join our team.
• The selected candidates will work in full coordination with technical staff such as Sr. System Administrator, Chief System Architects, and other team members.

Location: Lahore & Multan

Shift: 8 AM -5 PM CDT ( 6 PM -3 AM PKT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather client requirements and design tailored cloud architecture solutions.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain virtual servers and cloud services (O365, AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Administer all O365 modules, ensuring performance and security optimization.
• Install and manage Microsoft Exchange Servers and perform email migrations (Exchange, Google Workspace to O365).
• Migrate file servers to SharePoint Online and support O365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive).
• Manage and optimize cloud service licenses for clients.
• Resolve cloud-related tickets escalated from L0/L1 teams and support tasks assigned by senior leadership.

• Collaborate with Microsoft for technical support and issue resolution

• Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, logs, and capacity.
• Ensure timely updates, patches, and hardware/software upgrades.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to virtual hardware, networking, and systems.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and cloud environments.
• Recommend improvements for system efficiency and security

Job Specification:

Education: Degree in IT / CS / Cloud Computing or a similar field

Experience: At least 5+ years in relevant domain

• AZ-305
• AZ-104
• MCP
• MD-102
• MS-700 / 701
• AWS, GCP & Alibaba are preferred.
