About the Role

We are recruiting proactive and detail-focused Workforce Management (WFM) Administrators to join our on-site team supporting one of our key clients. This role is essential in ensuring accurate attendance, smooth pay processes, and high-quality trainee support.

You will be the first point of contact for operatives and trainees, helping resolve issues, guiding them through processes, and maintaining high operational standards.


Key Responsibilities


1. Pay Enforcement & Operative Support

  • Enforce accurate check-in/check-out compliance using QR systems.

  • Monitor attendance in real time and resolve missing or incorrect check-in signals.

  • Support new operatives with onboarding and check-in processes.

  • Staff the helpdesk during shift changeovers to handle pay and app-related queries.

  • Log, triage, and escalate pay disputes using Google Sheets and Slack.

  • Provide clear communication and reassurance regarding historic pay issues.


2. Training Administration & Coordination

  • Welcome, onboard, and guide trainees as they arrive for training sessions.

  • Ensure all trainees correctly check in and have the required app and shift setup.

  • Deliver training content in line with the clients playbook and standards.

  • Assess trainee performance and determine role suitability based on set criteria.

  • Apply pass/fail tags at the end of training sessions.

  • Provide trainees with crib sheets, next steps, and clarity on expectations.

  • Produce accurate reports on attendance, performance, and pass/fail outcomes.


3. On-Site Operational Support

  • Maintain a professional helpdesk presence during key operational periods.

  • Prepare training spaces and ensure materials are ready prior to sessions.

  • Work closely with security, shift leads, and HQ teams when necessary.

  • Use platforms such as WFM Retool, Google Drive, Slack, and internal dashboards.

Shift Patterns

Two rotating shift options:

  • Day Shift: 05:00 17:00

  • Evening Shift: 17:00 01:00
