About the job General Affair

  • Ensure a well-maintained infrastructure & 'always ready' office stocks.
  • Ensure the company inventory is well maintained and in a safe condition.
  • Maintaining records of all logistics-related documents (invoices, receipts, other related
  • documents) to be submitted to the Finance Department.
  • Maintaining a proper filing system and ensuring that all staff have easy access to it.
  • Keeping records of office assets (workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels, etc.)
  • Coordinating with cleaning service and security regarding daily operations.
  • Business Trip Arrangement: Arrange ticket, accommodation, transport for the business trip both
  • domestic and overseas, calculate the transport expense.
  • Any other relevant responsibilities, as requested by the Office Manager.
  • Greet and welcome guests and new employees as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
