About the job General Affair
- Ensure a well-maintained infrastructure & 'always ready' office stocks.
- Ensure the company inventory is well maintained and in a safe condition.
- Maintaining records of all logistics-related documents (invoices, receipts, other related
- documents) to be submitted to the Finance Department.
- Maintaining a proper filing system and ensuring that all staff have easy access to it.
- Keeping records of office assets (workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels, etc.)
- Coordinating with cleaning service and security regarding daily operations.
- Business Trip Arrangement: Arrange ticket, accommodation, transport for the business trip both
- domestic and overseas, calculate the transport expense.
- Any other relevant responsibilities, as requested by the Office Manager.
- Greet and welcome guests and new employees as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
