About the job SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and driving marketing performance across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and content optimization, with hands-on experience managing websites, landing pages, and CRM tools. This position involves close collaboration with our external marketing partners to execute campaigns, track performance, and ensure alignment with brand objectives and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Develop, implement, and refine SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic growth.
 - 
Create, manage, and optimize landing pages using platforms such as WordPress, Elementor, Unbounce, or Wix.
 - 
Collect and analyze key marketing dataincluding web traffic, lead generation, and conversion metricsto guide strategic decisions.
 - 
Work closely with external marketing agencies on branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
 - 
Support the production of digital marketing materials, including visuals, email marketing content, and social media assets.
 - 
Manage and automate customer engagement activities using CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
 - 
Monitor and evaluate campaign and website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
 - 
Ensure all marketing efforts are consistent with the companys brand identity, tone, and long-term objectives.
 
Qualifications & Experience
- 
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
 - 
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on SEO, content management, and campaign executionpreferably with exposure to Australian clients or companies.
 - 
Skilled in using WordPress and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
 - 
Proficient in creating and optimizing landing pages through Elementor, Wix, or Unbounce.
 - 
Familiar with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Meta Ads Manager.
 - 
Basic design experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Figma.
 - 
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork abilitiesespecially when working with agency partners.
 - 
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 - 
Previous experience in a marketing or creative agency is an advantage.
