WHAT YOU WILL HANDLE:
Outbound calling to insurance companies for claim verification
Data categorization and labeling
Call transcript analysis to identify trends

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum 6 months of experience in medical billing, insurance claims, particularly in AR Calling or Denial Management
Strong English proficiency, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry guidelines.

This is a full onsite role. ( shift timing - 5.30 PM - 2.30 AM )
