Content Moderator - Thai Language (New Graduates are welcomed)

Gear Inc. is developing a new project and needs to recruit 50 dynamic and enthusiastic young people to join the content moderation team.

Job Requirements:

• English B2 Standard (can read and understand English text well);
• Thai Native speakers only
• Work full-time (preferably those who have graduated or completed a school program);
• Can join 15 - 20 days training;
• Content moderation or BPO work experience is an advanced require;
• Able to work on public holidays (National Day, Ancestral Anniversary, etc.).

Working time:

• Your workdays are based on the schedule of the project, 5 days per week, amounting to 40 hours per week, and will be changed in accordance with the assigned project.
  
• Please note that as our business operates 24/7, your specific schedule may be subject to flexibility and will be defined in agreement with your direct manager.

Gear Inc is looking for young talents to join our social media content moderation team. Ideal candidates are able to adapt and are well known for fast moving and last moment change.

• Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets;
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout;
• Create and publish engaging content;
• Edit, proofread and improve writers' posts;
• Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency;
• Optimize content according to SEO;
• Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics;
• Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic;
• Develop an editorial calendar and ensure the content team is onboard;
• Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection);
• Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience's attention.
