Job title: Sales Lead (BPO - Japan)

Job Description:

Gear Inc is seeking a Sales Lead for our BPO team. The Sales Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow our market share in Japan. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, experience in BPO sales, and a strong understanding of the Japanese market. The Sales Lead will be expected to work closely with the executive team to drive growth, identify potential clients and promote our services

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase our client base in Japan.

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals.

  • Build relationships with BPO potential clients, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts.

  • Collaborate with the executive team to ensure a consistent and effective sales approach.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal pipeline.

  • Provide feedback to the executive team on BPO market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to represent the company and generate leads.

  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies


Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in BPO sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Knowledge of the Japanese market, culture, and business practices.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Fluent in Japanese and English
