Job Title: Learning & Development Specialist

Working Location: Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi/ Thanh Khe, Danang

Job Description

We're looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist for our company, focusing on Game Development and BPO. Our L&D Specialist takes responsibilities for the learning activities in our whole company.

• Training Needs Analysis: Assessing skill or knowledge gaps and evaluating learning & development needs per role/department

• Designing Training Programs: Developing training content, materials, and curriculum based on identified needs and learning objectives. This may involve creating e-learning modules, presentations, and other instructional resources

• Training Delivery: Facilitating training sessions (virtual or in person) for employees with various roles

• Coordinating Training Activities: Scheduling and coordinating training sessions, ensuring that resources and venues are available and that participants are informed

• Evaluating Training Effectiveness: Assessing the impact of training programs by gathering feedback from participants and measuring the improvement in employee performance

• Maintaining Resources: Managing and maintaining the LMS, including uploading training content, tracking employee progress, and generating reports

• Employee Engagement: Collaborating with HR and management to improve employee engagement and retention through learning and development initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Excellent in English, At least C1 English Proficiency

• Minimum of 2 years experience Learning & Development;

• Be able to have frequent travel between Hanoi, Danang, and other designated locations as necessary;

• Background in instructional design and facilitation skills is an advantage;

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation abilities;

• Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms is an advantage;

• Analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness;
