Gear Inc. is a growing international BPO services company, and we're looking for an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day management of our operations (Accounting, HR, Facilities), and help the company expand into new regions and services.

Who you are

Our Operations Manager is expected to have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required;
  • English fluency (both written and spoken);
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an operations manager or similar level role;
  • International working experience;
  • Proven experience in business management and team leadership principles and practices;
  • Experience in identifying opportunities for operational process improvement;
  • Change adaptability with an agile mindset;
  • Proactive approach, able to facilitate effective delivery/outcomes from own and others effort

How you will contribute to our company

The Operations Manager will report directly to either the CEO or VP of Operations. You will be responsible for operating the daily activities of our offices, monitoring our organization’s functions and building processes that meet our business needs.

  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
  • Work with the Finance team to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Work with the HR team to ensure there is a pipeline of talented, skilled professionals just in time to deliver on new projects.
  • Work with the Facilities team to continuously improve the office environment and facilities.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to identify business needs and find solutions.
  • Regularly travel to monitor activities of our overseas offices and vendors, identify and fix problems.
  • Do market research and create operational plans for business expansion.
