Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting and developing our IT systems. If you have experience and deep knowledge of information technology and are looking for an opportunity to challenge yourself and contribute to a dynamic work environment, consider joining us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain the company's Information Technology (IT) systems, including servers, networks, software, and hardware.

  • Ensure the security of information systems by implementing security measures, updating software, and monitoring network activities.

  • Assist end-users in resolving technical issues and provide guidance on the use of IT applications and devices.

  • Participate in planning and implementing new IT projects, including creating and maintaining technical documentation.

  • Perform regular data backups and recovery tasks to ensure data availability.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners, including meetings and information exchange to understand their needs and requirements.

  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure efficient deployment of IT projects and meet the requirements of international partners.

  • Resolve technical issues and project-related matters quickly and effectively.

  • Ensure that IT projects and products meet the standards and requirements of international partners.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in system security engineering, network security, or a related field.

  • Have knowledge of security principles, best practices, and industry standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Critical Security Controls.

  • Hands-on experience with security technologies, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, antivirus, and vulnerability scanning tools.

  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, such as TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing/switching.

  • Basic programming proficiency, sufficient to write and execute scripts from the command line.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical people.

  • Relevant professional certifications is a plus.
