Job Description:
As a Workforce MIS Leader, you will effectively evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and implement solutions and system enhancements through the business rule engine module. Provides day-to-day support for the originations, resolves issues affecting the organization, and ensures the successful execution of system enhancements through close coordination with Operations.
Designing, developing, and implementing process/system enhancements based on business requirements and needs
Work closely and manage a group of MIS Analyst.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects .
Ensuring proper documentation of projects/system enhancements.
Effectively communicating any reporting change or updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment within the organization.
Performing requirements gathering and analysis by interacting with various stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their problems and needs and to derive a solution.
Participating in business process reviews to determine ways to improve the current process and develop optimization strategies.
Requirement
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, plus related work experience, is required.
At least 3 years of experience in a related information technology, or programming job.
Proficient in programming or web developing languages such as HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery, PHP.
Proficiency in MS Tools, Google Suite, Spreadsheet, Power BI, data studio, or other database management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Critical thinking skills.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
