Senior Accountant/Finance Analyst

• Position Title: Senior Accountant/Finance Analyst.
• Department: Finance. 
• Reporting To: Regional Finance Manager. 
• Location: Ha Noi, Viet Nam. 
• Employment Type: Full-Time.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our Management Accounting team. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the heart of our global finance function, where you will manage a rotating scope of work across various international jurisdictions. As part of this team, you wont just "do the books"—you will be the bridge between local operations and global strategy. You will play a critical role in consolidating local accounting data into comprehensive financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheets (BS), and Cash Flow (CF) statements.

Responsibilities

• Review financial, management report.
• Prepare management report monthly (BS, PL, CF).
• Variance analysis for BS/PL vs last month/last year/budget/forecast.
• Prepare business deck/month performance.
• Prepare budget, monthly forecast PL.
• Business Partner: Partnering with other teams for actual spending vs budget.
• Build up internal report as required.
• Treasury - Fund plan: review, Coordinate and prepare consolidated cash forecast.
• Review Payment.
• Maintain financial data in group accounting software.
• Other adhoc task.

Key skills and experience

• Bachelors degree in any field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Finance/Management accounting in FDI environment.
• Good in English, excellent in Spreadsheet (Excel, google worksheet).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, team working, work under pressure.
• Have experience in auditing is a plus
• CPA/CMA/ACCA is preferred
• Experience in the BPO is an advantage.
