Promotional Campaign Representative – Entry Level

We're hiring Promotional Campaign Representatives to support live promotional campaigns, community events, brand experiences, and customer engagement initiatives. Representatives work directly with the public to create positive experiences and help increase awareness of the campaigns and organizations they represent.

No previous marketing, promotions, sales, or event experience is required. Paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Represent brands, organizations, and promotional campaigns at live events and community locations
• Engage directly with customers and members of the public
• Introduce people to products, services, programs, and promotional campaigns
• Answer questions and provide clear, helpful information
• Create positive customer experiences through face-to-face interaction
• Assist with promotional displays, event booths, registrations, and campaign activities
• Participate in community events, retail activations, and promotional experiences
• Help increase awareness and participation in assigned campaigns
• Maintain a professional and welcoming campaign environment
• Work with team members to meet daily customer engagement and campaign goals
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
