Event Assistant – Entry Level

We're hiring an Entry-Level Event Assistant to support live events, promotional campaigns, community outreach programs, and customer engagement initiatives.

This is a hands-on, people-focused position for individuals who enjoy being active, meeting new people, and working as part of a team.

No previous event, marketing, sales, or customer service experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

What You'll Do

• Assist with live events, promotional campaigns, and community activities
• Represent brands and nonprofit organizations professionally
• Welcome and engage with event attendees
• Answer questions and provide campaign information
• Assist with event registration and information areas
• Support promotional displays and event materials
• Participate in customer and community outreach
• Help create an energetic and positive event environment
• Work alongside team members to accomplish event goals
• Participate in training and team development activities
