Communications Assistant - Entry-Level

We're hiring Communications Assistants to support live events, community outreach initiatives, promotional campaigns, and face-to-face engagement activities. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to develop professional communication skills while working directly with customers and members of the community.

No previous communications, marketing, public relations, or event experience is required. Paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Communicate directly with customers, community members, and event attendees
• Represent organizations, campaigns, and community initiatives in a professional manner
• Provide clear information about programs, services, events, and promotional campaigns
• Answer questions and help people understand campaign information
• Support face-to-face communication and community outreach activities
• Assist with live events, promotional activities, informational booths, and registrations
• Help create a welcoming and professional experience for members of the public
• Participate in community events and public engagement initiatives
• Build positive relationships through effective verbal communication
• Work with team members to support daily communication and engagement goals
• Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, and professional development
