We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves translating complex data into actionable insights to support business decisions, developing data-driven strategies, and collaborating across departments to drive performance improvements.


Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, measure performance, and recommend data-driven solutions.

Conduct statistical analyses, forecasting, and predictive modeling to support strategic planning.

Monitor data quality and implement improvements where necessary.

Translate technical insights into clear business recommendations for non-technical audiences.

Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and methodologies.


Qualifications:

Must be a resident of the United States. Applications from outside the U.S. will not be considered.

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; master's preferred.

Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and one or more analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau).

Strong statistical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and craft strategic insights.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Compensation and Benefits:

Annual Salary Range: $93,000 - $113,000
