· Enhances Salesforce functionality by being a super user and main point of contact with software support vendors and BPC parent company.
· Works with Salesforce support vendors and parent company on employee issues.
· Dynamics Business Central super user and main point of contact with software support vendors, BPC parent company, and employees.
· Assist and coordinates with service partners on all software and hardware issues.
· Manages all IT software and hardware projects and improvements, leads rollout to departments as needed.
· Works with support vendors to develop and maintain Power BI or comparable ERP reporting.
· Administrator for VIOP phone system.
· Point of contact for IT Managed Service Provider. Includes software, hardware, and IT infrastructure.
· Supports and coordinates all new employee IT set up with Managed Service Provider.
· Supports and coordinates IT support with BPC parent company.
· Communicates all IT issues and activity with BPC personnel.
· Advise management on software improvements and systems integrations to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
· Perform testing for new enhancements within software.
