Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful completion of projects

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met

- Oversee all stages of the construction process, including planning, design, procurement, and construction

- Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise

- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring that projects are completed within budget

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans and specifications

- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members

- Lead and manage a team of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that they are meeting project requirements and deadlines

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

- Prepare project reports and presentations for management and clients

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry

- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish

- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methods, and tools

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and standards

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- PMP certification is a plus
