Specific Tasks:
1. Landing Page Optimization
- Review and improve existing landing pages for better mobile responsiveness.
- Optimize design and content to increase conversions from ebook downloads to booked calls.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the best-performing versions.
2. GoHighLevel Automation
- Set up and refine automated email sequences to nurture leads.
- Improve the sales funnel to drive conversions from the $10 plan to higher-tier offers.
- Ensure proper integration between landing pages, booking systems, and CRM.
3. Facebook Ads & Media Buying
- Analyze and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to improve cost-per-lead and conversion rates.
- Target promising niches such as restaurants and dental clinics with tailored ad strategies.
- Track ad performance and adjust campaigns accordingly.
4. Sales Calls & Lead Conversion
- Conduct outbound sales calls to warm leads who have shown interest but havent converted.
- Follow up with ebook downloaders and potential clients to encourage booked calls.
- Use persuasive communication strategies to convert leads into paying customers.
5. Lead Nurturing & CRM Management
- Implement lead tracking and scoring within GoHighLevel.
- Automate follow-ups via email and SMS for better engagement.
- Ensure smooth transition from lead generation to booked calls.
6. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Provide weekly reports on landing page performance, ad performance, and lead conversions.
- Suggest improvements and data-driven strategies for continuous optimization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Thomas Trans team to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Manage GoHighLevel automations, email sequences, and CRM setup.
- Optimize Facebook ad campaigns to improve return on investment (ROI).
- Test and improve landing page design for mobile and desktop conversions.
- Conduct sales calls to convert leads into booked appointments and paying customers.
- Provide strategic insights based on campaign data and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Gentasks project manager to track progress and maintain proactive communication.
Client Requirements:
- Primary Goal: Increase booked calls and sales conversions from ebook downloads.
- Conversion Target: Acquire 15 clients within the next 3 months.
- Sales Call Experience: Looking for someone who can make outbound calls, follow up with leads, and close sales.
