Role: Social Media Manager with Graphic Design & Video Editing

Specific Tasks:

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement a content strategy to grow engagement and reach.
  • Manage posting schedules across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to boost community engagement.
  • Track trends and adjust strategy accordingly.

2. Content Creation (Graphic Design & Video Editing)

  • Design eye-catching social media graphics, infographics, and promotional materials.
  • Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
  • Create branded templates for a cohesive social media look.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

3. Video Production & Editing

  • Edit raw video footage into engaging content with animations, text overlays, and effects.
  • Optimize videos for each platform (e.g., vertical for Reels and TikTok, widescreen for YouTube).
  • Add captions, music, and transitions to enhance viewer retention.

4. Hashtag & SEO Optimization

  • Research and implement relevant hashtags for increased visibility.
  • Optimize captions and descriptions for better searchability and engagement.

5. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics.
  • Create reports with key insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Adjust content strategy based on data-driven decisions.
  • 6. Ad Management & Growth Strategy (Optional but Preferred)
  • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns.
  • Track ad performance and adjust budgets for better ROI.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of social media marketing.
  • Plan and schedule content across multiple platforms.
  • Design high-quality graphics and edit videos for promotional and organic content.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage DMs.
  • Research social media trends and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Track and report on social media performance.
  • Collaborate with the client or team to align content with overall business goals.


Client Requirements:

  • Primary Goal: Increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions through high-quality social media content.
  • Preferred Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.

Skills Needed:

  • Social media strategy & management
  • Graphic design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
  • Posting Frequency: Minimum 3-5 posts per week (adjustable based on strategy).
  • Engagement Expectation: Respond to comments/messages within 24 hours.
  • Performance Tracking: Monthly reports on engagement, reach, and growth.
  • Preferred Experience: At least 2 years of experience in social media management, graphic design, and video editing.
