Job Description:
We are seeking a performance-driven PPC & SEO Specialist to optimize lead generation campaigns for a local service-based business. The ideal candidate will audit, rebuild, and manage existing Google Ads (Performance Max) and SEO strategies to significantly reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) while targeting a hyper-local audience (1520km radius, aged 20+). This is a results-based engagement with high accountability and clear ROI expectations.
Key Goals:

Reduce CPA from $35$40 to $20$22

Rebuild or optimize Google Performance Max campaigns

Increase qualified lead volume within 1520km radius

Improve local SEO rankings and organic visibility
Roles & Responsibilities:
PPC Management
-
Audit current Google Ads (PMax) campaigns and past performance
-
Build optimized campaigns targeting local keywords and geographic areas
-
Set up conversion tracking, budget limits, ad scheduling, and retargeting
-
Conduct A/B testing on creatives and keyword strategies
-
Continuously optimize to achieve CPA and lead targets
SEO Optimization
-
Conduct local SEO audits and competitor analysis
-
Optimize on-page content, metadata, and Google Business Profile

Build local backlinks, citations, and directory listings
-
Recommend blog topics and content strategies (if needed)

Enhance mobile-friendliness, page speed, and technical SEO
Communication & Reporting

Share daily performance updates on CPA, ad spend, and conversions

Attend weekly check-ins for campaign review and strategy adjustments

Document and explain campaign changes and test strategies

Deliver clear reports with actionable insights
Ideal Candidate Profile:

2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC (especially Google PMax) and local SEO
-
Proven success in lead generation for service-based or local businesses
-
Strong grasp of digital marketing KPIs: CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.

Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and GMB
-
Excellent English communicationclear, proactive, and data-driven

Able to provide samples of past campaigns and performance-based results
