We are partnering with a fast-growing coaching and digital services brand to hire a highly organized and tech-savvy GoHighLevel Specialist & Social Media Coordinator. This is a remote, part-time opportunity with a focus on CRM management, funnel building, email marketing, and social media coordination.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain GHL CRM, pipelines, automations, and workflows

  • Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, forms, and payment integrations

  • Implement automation workflows for emails, SMS, AI chatbots, and client onboarding

  • Manage and schedule daily social media content across platforms

  • Create and manage nurture email sequences and monitor campaign performance

  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation, automation, and workflow enhancements

  • Test, troubleshoot, and document funnels, automations, and system operations

Candidate Requirements

  • 2+ years of GoHighLevel CRM and funnel building experience

  • Strong CRM management, automation, and marketing funnel expertise

  • Proficiency in ClickFunnels; familiarity with Kajabi is a plus

  • Experience with daily social media content scheduling and basic video editing

  • Understanding of email marketing strategies and AI tool utilization

  • Highly organized, proactive, with strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication
