General Description

Full-time remote position in our Professional Services organization.

Responsible for identifying, connecting, closing deals and establishing long term relationships with new customers for our products and professional services in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Salesforce space. This includes significant outbound contacting and prospecting customers to inspire them about how our products and services meet their business needs.

You will coordinate with our Sales, Services, and Products teams to get the necessary materials and information needed to support your sales activities and strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create sales strategy to identify new customers and segments that match our products and services
  • Qualify and develop new customer relationships that can quickly yield closed deals
  • Establish a realistic and healthy pipeline of $1M in year 1
  • A target quota of $250K in sales in year 1, $750K in year 2, $1.3M in year 3
  • Phone and field base prospecting
  • Understanding the market needs and trends in DAM and SFDC
  • Excellent understanding of CyanGate’s products and services
  • Creating compelling sales material and approach that highlight CyanGate’s products and services

      The ideal candidate:

      • DAM, Salesforce, or similar high tech products and services experience
      • Minimum of 3 years in a Sales Hunter capacity. Inside Sales is a plus
      • Proven sales experience with quantifiable results in a related industry. Able to design and executive on sales strategy within a reasonable timeframe
      • Experience in products (license) and professional services sales. Able to adapt strategy between different products and professional services as needed
      • Knowledge of Digital Asset Management and/or Salesforce industry. Ideally experience in similar companies such as Adobe, Aprimo, SiteCore, Wyden, OpenText
      • A current customer/prospect base that can quickly convert to pipeline
      • Able to listen and communicate clearly and effectively at different levels of the organization – Sr Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-level executives
      • Great leadership skills, ability to adapt to the ever-changing industry dynamics
      • Ability to understand enterprise and cloud software processes and principles
      • Excellent organizational skills: planning, execution, clear communication, and messaging
