Gentis Solutions is seeking a Product Manager - Monetization/Ad Formats for a full-time position with a Fortune 50 company in Blue Ash, Ohio.   • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business, marketing, management or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of experience bringing customer-facing technology products to market
  • 2+ years of software development, product ownership/management or business analyst experience in a technology business with demonstrated success in customer use through the delivery of new/evolving products
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills and extreme attention-to-detail
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in product management
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to identify metrics/key performance measures and use data to drive decisions that enhance the customer & user experience

  • A desire to continuously learn about how Kroger customers are interacting on web and native to craft advertising solutions that uniquely meet their needs
  • An innovative mindset and the ability to translate ideas into reality
  • An understanding of key media metrics to continuously assess and improve customer engagement & CPG interest

Typical Duties

  • Identify product requirements and future enhancements through collaborative engagements to support product strategies
  • Support the development of a 1-2 year product evolution, engaging stakeholders across the organization to reach alignment
  • Model agile principles by leading requirements gathering, maintaining a well-groomed backlog, and providing 1-N prioritization for backlog
  • Experienced level knowledge in the development and use of product data to inform product decisions – both quantitative and qualitative
  • Desire to understand of customers/users problems and uncover how we may support them through user research & discovery
  • Understand and communicate organization objectives, strategies and solution needs to the team to facilitate results (where collaborative/as colleague)
  • Lead product discovery sessions with key stakeholders
