Requirements

  • Exceptional Project Management Skills
  • Self-starter with learn and apply attitude in an intense, fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with leading stakeholder groups, including technical, product, business and vendor teams
  • Skilled in intergenerational ways of working and emotional intelligence
  • 3rd-party partner management experience
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, documentation skills
  • Proven track record of program-level schedule development and delivering objectives on time and within budget against that schedule
  • Ability to anticipate and manage project risks and issues with full transparency
  • Confident, solution-oriented independent worker
  • Must work independently with managing different sets of business, technology, and vendor stakeholders
  • Proven problem solving and organizational skills
  • Waterfall and agile project delivery experience
  • Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience is preferred or must be working toward certification
  • Local to Cincinnati region will be given preference
  • Some travel to the Blue Ash Technical center may be required during cutovers

Desirable Skills

  • Highly Desired: UKG Dimension implementation program experience
  • Highly Desired: HR and Payroll Domain program experience

Typical Duties

  • Establish and update program-level schedules with individual workstream project using actual and forecasts and manage deviations from any plans
  • Ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are properly documented and vigorously pursued to deliver the final product
  • Provide leadership to workstream leads and stakeholders. Apply conflict resolution skills to resolve project issues daily
  • Manage project risk, develop mitigation plans, and escalate decisions and unresolved issues daily
  • Weekly status reporting in addition to daily progress updates
  • Work with peers to develop and drive goals, define technical specifications and detailed implementation plans for project
  • Effectively apply skills to impact project decisions
  • Focus on the benefits to be realized and the outcomes to be achieved
  • Provide coordination of complex planning activities and optimize the use of resources (human and material)
  • Provide for an integration of outcomes with on-going business operations
  • Track projects contributions toward the organization's overall benefits and work to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the project
  • Maintain continuous alignment of project scope with strategic business objectives and make recommendations to modify the project/program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent
