The Ideal Candidate Is

  • A detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience in the Technology, Engineering, or Staffing industries.
  • Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
  • Comfortable interacting with high-level executives
  • A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the company
  • Resourceful, can-do attitude
  • Thrives in a fast-paced sales focused environment
  • Available for in-the-office work Monday-Friday; flexible hours are accomdated.

Skillset And Background

  • Three to five years prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team
  • Excellent computer skills, including either the Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Familiarity with Human Resources functions such as Job Postings, Candidate Intake a strong plus.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills

Typical Duties

  • Email, Calendaring, and Planning 10%
  • Organizing, coordinating, and communicate Executive initiatives 50%
  • Record keeping updates in systems or spreadsheets 20%
  • Client Facing actions 10%
