  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic proficiency with WordPress or similar web CMS platforms

Desirable Skills

  • Preferred: one to two years of experience with creating proposals in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry

    Typical Duties

      • Proposal Development
        • Thoroughly review and analyze RFQ/RFP requirements
        • Prioritize proposal needs and create a plan/schedule for completion
        • Collaborate and follow up with various MSP departments to collect necessary information
        • Coordinate with subcontractors and teaming partners to gather essential marketing materials
        • Prepare and format Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and proposals with a focus on content readability, consistency, clarity, and compliance with requirements
        • Coordinate the production and delivery of submittals
      • Database and Lead Management
        • Assist in tracking leads, contacts, and projects in our Customer Management System (CMS) using tools like Unanet/Cosential
      • Social Media
        • Assist with writing and graphics for social media and website posts
      • Presentation Development
        • Assist in creating technical and marketing presentations using PowerPoint and other formats
      • Graphic Design
        • Develop and create graphics to support proposals, presentations, conferences, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives
      • Collateral Marketing
        • Update and maintain marketing collateral such as project sheets, company brochures, and staff resumes in accordance with brand standards
      • Website Management
        • Update and maintain using WordPress
      • Photography Assistance
        • Assist professional photographer with photo shoots for projects, employee headshots and events (non-professional, in-house)
