Gentis Solutions is seeking a Portfolio Operations Specialist to join our team. This contract-to-hire position is with one of our Fortune 50 clients interested in full-time flex/remote consultants. Requirements
- Must have experience working with vendors to estimate and create statements of work (all types - fixed, NTE, & T&M) for Agile Delivery Methods
- BI experience
- Experience with Oneview/Oracle Project Management Tools
- Excel experience
- Coupa experience
Typical Duties
- Lead activities related to one or more Portfolio Operations functional areas (under general supervision of a Sr Manager Portfolio Ops and in conjunction with the Advanced Portfolio Ops Manager)
- Oversee all aspects of assigned portfolio functional area(s) including but not limited to budgeting (both operational and capital), capacity/resource management and estimation processes
- Identify and understand scope of work, organization of work and develop delivery plan and approach
