Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business, marketing, or management or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience bringing customer-facing eCommerce or Omnichannel products to market
  • 5+ years of software development, product management or business analyst experience in an eCommerce business with demonstrated success in sales and/or customer use through the delivery of new/evolving products
  • Ability to identify metrics/key performance measures and use data to drive decisions that enhance the customer experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills

Desirable Skills

  • Any digital product management experience with a multi-channel retailer
  • Any experience with iterative product development (Agile)
  • Any experience using Atlassian product

Typical Duties

  • Create detailed product now/next/later roadmaps with a focus on metrics and outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams on balancing multiple priorities to work on delivering various AI/ML solutions
  • Work with software engineering and machine learning teams to continually iterate and improve models
  • Take ownership of the product and ensure delivery of features and the entire product under tight deadlines
  • Be an active part in team scrum activities including planning, retrospective, and prioritization
  • Weed out biases while testing new data to develop better product functionality
  • Decide and manage tradeoffs based on data
  • Evaluate what metrics need to be tracked to improve machine learning models
  • Identify new business opportunities that can utilize AI/ML technology to drive profitability
