Gentis Solutions is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to join our team. This contract position is with one of our Fortune 50 clients interested in full-time flex/remote consultants. Requirements

  • Cloud-based migrations, cloud-based technical writing, and technical training design experience
  • Proven technical training experience (including audience analysis through execution of training plan)
  • Strong technical skill/competency gap analysis and learning solutions mapping in collaboration with third-party vendors (MS, Web Age. Google etc.)
  • Experience with large-scale technical training and upskilling rollouts/journeys a plus
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effectively work autonomously and deliver on time, with quality
  • Certification(s) a plus: PROSCI, Change Guide or LaMarsh
  • Proven problem solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization

Typical Duties

  • Design, develop and deliver Kroger technical training
  • Complete discovery and develop a training framework and approach that supports the degree of change for the organization.
  • Manage and support teams in integrating change management and training activities into their project plans
  • Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and leaders as they help their direct reports through transitions
  • Implement the Kroger Organizational Change Management (OCM) Framework to manage the people side of change caused by change and transition
  • Conduct readiness assessments evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
  • Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan
  • Coordinate, conduct, and measure training deployment and competencies
  • Develop Training/supporting materials and deliver OCM training to the organization; both formal and informal learning events
