Leadman

Gentis Solutions is seeking a Leadman to join our team. This contract position is with one of our clients interested in full-time consultants. The ideal candidates will have the required skills listed below and will be eligible and open to being hired by our client at the end of the project's duration. Requirements

• Previous experience leading personnel in an operations environment
• Ability to follow direction and execute tasks under the supervision of the operations management
• Reading and writing skills sufficient to comprehend/complete a variety of documents
• Computer skills sufficient to complete a variety of reports and documents
• Ability to work in a flexible schedule; must allow for changes in assignments, and priorities depending upon identified needs of the operations
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to work in all types of climates
• Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures
• Ability to work a rotating morning/evening shift, extended hours, evenings, weekends and Holidays 
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds; work at various heights; sit, stand, kneel, crawl, and bend in various conditions; work in hot, cold or dusty conditions; and provide high-quality customer service

Typical Duties

• Lead and train contract personnel in operations and care of stevedoring production assets
• Oversee contract personnel, but not limited to, housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance of production equipment and associated structures
• Complete a variety of required forms electronically and on paper
• Lead contract personnel in completing required documents
• Additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested
