Support and Maintenance Analyst

Gentis Solutions is seeking a Support and Maintenance Analyst to join our team. This contract-to-hire position is with one of our Fortune 50 clients interested in full-time flex/remote consultants. Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Significant Microsoft Excel experience
• Ability to problem solve rapidly
• Understanding of the agile software development life cycle

Typical Duties

• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of mobile product feature
• Maintain accurate data within the product feature
• Coordinate with stores to monitor inventory status
